1. FULFILLMENT TIMELINE
  • Processing Windows: All orders are processed within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Operational Schedule: Our fulfillment facility operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing the following Monday morning.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume sales periods, product drops, or major holidays, order processing may take up to 48 business hours. We appreciate your patience as we fresh-pack your items.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We partner with major shipping carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to deliver your snack orders reliably across the country. We strictly utilize reliable ground transport network solutions.
  • Standard Ground Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $10.99 for all ground shipments.
  • Estimated Delivery: Estimated delivery is within 3 to 7 business days after the carrier receives the package from our facility.
  • Please Note: All delivery dates provided at checkout or via tracking notifications are estimates only. Precise delivery dates are never guaranteed by War Flavor, as transit is subject to carrier schedules, regional routing volumes, and weather conditions.
3. ACCURATE ADDRESS REQUIREMENT
You are entirely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.
  • Address Corrections: If you notice a typo in your address, please email info@warflavor.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Fulfillment Exceptions: Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed over to the courier, we cannot modify the address.
  • Undeliverable Shipments: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an invalid or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-ship the package. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. WARM WEATHER & MELTING DISCLAIMER
War Flavor ships various candies, chocolates, and specialized confectionery treats across the country.
  • Temperature Vulnerability: During summer months or when shipping to consistently warm geographic regions, some items may soften or melt while sitting in transit vehicles or on residential porches.
  • Customer Responsibility: We do not utilize specialized refrigerated shipping materials. Ordering temperature-sensitive products during warm seasons is done at your own risk.
  • War Flavor does not offer refunds, store credits, or replacements for products that arrive melted or structurally altered due to ambient transit temperatures.
5. ORDER TRACKING AND UPDATES
Once your order is packed and ready for carrier pickup, an automated email containing your unique tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the label and update the digital tracking information online.
6. ONLINE-ONLY OPERATIONAL BOUNDS
As a strict reminder, War Flavor operates exclusively as an online e-commerce retailer.
  • Our physical administrative address is a corporate secure facility.
  • No Local Pickup: Local counter pickups, walk-in purchasing, or in-person order adjustments are entirely unavailable at this location. All orders must be shipped via our authorized delivery carriers.
7. WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If your tracking status shows your package was delivered but you find an item is missing or you received the incorrect flavor/product, please consult our Refund Policy. You must report any fulfillment errors to our help desk within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@warflavor.com with clear photo evidence of your packaging and items.
