At War Flavor, a store operated by War Flavor LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We sell Mexican candy, snacks, food products, beverages, and other merchandise. This Return and Refund Policy is designed to provide customers with a clear and fair return process while protecting the safety and quality of our food products.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, non-food merchandise must generally be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging, when applicable.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not ship a return to our business address until you have received return instructions from War Flavor LLC.
Food Products
Due to health and safety concerns, food, candy, snacks, beverages, and other consumable products generally cannot be returned once they have been opened, consumed, or used.
However, we may provide a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution if a food product:
- Arrives damaged.
- Arrives defective or spoiled.
- Is unsafe to consume.
- Is the wrong product.
- Is significantly different from what you ordered.
- Is missing from your order.
- Was damaged or incorrectly fulfilled due to an error on our part.
If you experience a problem with a food product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the requested information and photographs when applicable.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Eligible non-food merchandise may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery if it meets the return requirements outlined in this policy.
For food and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or do not like the taste.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep the original shipping packaging and take clear photographs of the damaged package and products whenever possible.
After reviewing the situation, War Flavor LLC may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped within a legally required timeframe, War Flavor LLC will provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
